Caitlin has been a healthcare provider, and a patient – and these crucial dual perspectives are brought to bear on the outlook and goals of the business. A passionate clinical scientist, Caitlin blends detailed analysis with a highly relational style.

With over 20+ years’ experience in the healthcare profession, primarily as an IVF scientist, Caitlin has a profound and broad knowledge of the healthcare industry.

After building and motivating highly-effective, successful teams during her career as a clinical scientist, combined with her personal healthcare journey, she founded CareFully to be groundbreaking. As an accomplished psychologist, with a range of executive leadership roles under her belt, Melisah feeds her broad experience into CareFully, enhancing their ability to drive behavioural and organisational change. She is best placed to help you identify the knowledge gaps, uncertainties, and catalysts that should become the focus of your tailored training programs, and change in your business.

A senior lecturer at the Centre for Applied Psychology in the past, Melisah is an engaging teacher and speaker. Understanding the need to share more than just information and key concepts, she has identified and is passionate about the opportunity and importance of developing human potential. 

With her vision to change the way people learn, think critically, and lead, Melisah helps engage and transform professionals, whilst strengthening the company culture; giving you practical tools for positive change.


Kevin MacIsaac

Consultant and Facilitator

A trained actor and facilitator, with decades of corporate coaching and training experience, Kevin delivers engaging and insightful training to a broad demographic. Kevin works on designing and facilitating training and workshops, as well as maximising the benefits of role-play and forum theatre within a learning context. 

Training others on how compassion in healthcare can transform lives and outcomes, as well as developing a person-centred approach, is a key part of Kevin’s role. Audience engagement is of crucial importance for him, creating a safe space so that participants can explore the impact of compassionate care and learn how to implement behaviour change tools and techniques in their organisations.

Kevin is the managing director of Bodkin Training and Roleup Actors, and has worked with companies such as Be Learning, across various programs as a Content-Lead and Lead Training Facilitator. He has worked with industry leaders such as PWC, Telstra, Qantas, TfNSW, Sydney Airport ACL, Budget Rent-a-car, NAB, Dept of Health SA, and many more. Having built a career facilitating group training, performing roleplays for training and assessments, and in performance coaching, Kevin’s background means that CareFully is able to tailor our services not just for the healthcare industry, but many others, including pharmaceuticals, government, banking and finance, professional services, utilities, transport, real estate, and hospitality.


Carol Spittles

Carol is a highly regarded leader in education, holding managerial and consulting roles within the DET, NSWTF and in professional associations. As a Consultant at CareFully Carol is always looking for new approaches to learning, absorbing and embracing new research and practice-based processes. With a focus on student-centred learning, over the course of her career prior to joining our team, she developed substantial skills in conflict resolution, team development and crucially, communication. Having extensive experience in the development and delivery of hundreds of training packages to teachers, executives and principals, Carol is frequently engaged as a sought-after speaker and has won a number of awards, including: Rotary Leadership Award (developing a successful parent conflict and complaints resolution process), Outstanding Principal Award (while serving as Sydney Regional Principal), Transformational Leader Award (while serving as College Principal).

As a CareFully Consultant and Educational Design Associate, she uses her human centred design, leadership and learning expertise to design effective and tailored programs for our clients, ultimately helping you to deliver better positive outcomes for your patients.
