Thank you to Caitlin who worked with us, presenting a training course on ‘Effective Communication and Critical Thinking’ to an Insurance group. Caitlin provided the group with wonderful and insightful accounts of both her experience as a ‘patient’ and her experience as a Manager, and related sensitively how both of those experiences impacted her and others. Her accounts both engaged and challenged the group, and she facilitated the group to consider the consequences of their current actions and to consider other ways to make a better difference.
