We’re on a mission to make

Patients our Partners

The power of compassion is no longer just a myth, and when combined with quality communication, it can be one of the most powerful healthcare tools available.

Patients have become partners in their healthcare journey – not bystanders, and the healthcare industry hasn’t quite caught up yet. CareFully plays a critical role in this, training healthcare professionals and adapting them to new modes of care, making patient-centred compassionate healthcare the new normal.

Our mission is to make compassionate patient-centred care a core competency for the healthcare industry in Australia, to contribute to better outcomes for staff and patients.

The importance of care with Covid-19

Times are tough and compassionate care is more important than ever. In our current Covid-19 world, there has never been more of a need for care - for both patients and healthcare professionals alike.

CareFully is here to help your organisation foster compassion and resilience during these challenging times and beyond.

The founder of CareFully, Caitlin Delaney, has comprehensive first-hand experience of patient-centred care, both from working with patients and being a patient herself. Drawn from her personal story as a cancer survivor, but also as a trained clinical scientist and healthcare manager, she places the importance of kindness at the heart of the CareFully ethos.

Caitlin’s story and the way she was able to connect with all of us in the room was fantastic. She provided great insight into the importance of understanding and connecting with our customers and how the power of language can easily influence our interactions and any potential outcomes.
